Yesterday was also Armenian Martyr's Day. DuringWWI the newly installed "democratic" government of Kemal Attaturk carried out a systematic extermination of Christian Armenians for many of the same reasons that the Jews were persecuted by the Nazis.
Take a moment to remember the lessons of their sacrifice as well.
